SUMMARY:Webinar Registration - Post Lock-down Organizational Readiness for Employees with Disabilities
DESCRIPTION:Once the lockdown is lifted\, our lives would take baby steps towards normalcy. We may not be able to go back to pre-COVID-19 state immediately. Everybody must remain vigilant & precautions must be put in place to eliminate the spread of the virus any further. Organizations and their employees must also strictly observe guidelines mandated by the government and the healthcare community. Such a situation mandates organizations to work out a plan to ensure the safety and well-being of their employees before recalling them to the office premises. Similarly\, employees must also strictly adhere to the compliance guidelines\, set by their organizations. Additional thought must be placed for Persons with Disability to ensure their safety and needs are looked into. This calls for coordination amongst the organizations and employees to ensure smooth return to work life. \nThe webinar – Post Lockdown: Organizational Readiness for Employees with Disability-to be held on Friday 17th April from 4:30-5:30 pm.- addresses the steps an organization must take to make its work-space comfortable and safe for its employees with disabilities when returning to work life post the lockdown period. \nTo attend the webinar please register here – https://forms.gle/2PVujFeukF2233wF8
