Don’t Miss it, Tamilnadu Government is providing Polio Drops for all kids under age 5 on 23rd, 27th Januray, 2011 (23-01-2011 , 27-01,2011). This is of course a special camp. Tamilnadu is a Polio free state because of the Polio special camps conducted by them in past years.
There were more then 70 players from 7 countries and the tournament was organized on the level of some previous ITFR World Championships.
This year they have planned to organise Southern State level Cricket from 27th to 30th December 2010 at chennai, in collaboration with Cheran Region Christian Society(CRCS) for the disabled and Department of Social Work, Madras Christian College,chennai. Persons with Visual impairment from Tamil Nadu, Kerala, Karnataka, Andhra Pradesh will be participating in the event.
Getting people with disabilities counted in Census 2011 (to get an authentic data on disability) is the crucial need of the hour which would have a direct effect on the lives of about 70 million people with disabilities and their families of the country.
