பார்வையற்ற குழந்தைகளை ஆரம்ப நிலையிலேயே கண்டறிந்து தீவிர பயிற்சி வழங்கி, பிரெய்ல் எழுத்துக்களை அறிமுகப்படுத்தி அவர்களை சாதாரண பள்ளியில் உள்ளடங்கிய கல்வி பெற தயார்படுத்துதல்.

உதவிகள் வழங்கப்படும்போது காலதாமதம் ஏற்பட்டால் அணுக வேண்டிய அலுவலர்
