தேசிய மாற்றுத் திறனாளிகளுக்கான அடையாள அட்டை, வயதுசான்று மற்றும் கல்விச் சான்று இருப்பின்

தொடர்பு கொள்ள வேண்டிய அலுவலர்

மாவட்ட மாற்றுத் திறனாளிகள் நல அலுவலர்

உதவிகள் வழங்கப்படும்போது காலதாமதம் ஏற்பட்டால் அணுக வேண்டிய அலுவலர்

VOCATIONAL TRAINING CENTRE

1.	Gist of the Scheme	Short term  Modular Employable Skill training (Vocational Training) is provided to the Differently Abled Persons with hostel facility in all Districts.
2.	Eligibility Criteria	Differently Abled Persons, age should be 18 – 45 years.
3.	Whether form of application is prescribed	Yes.
4.	Certificates to be furnished	National Identity Card for the Differently Abled, age proof,  and educational certificates
5.	Officer to whom the application is to be submitted	District Differently Abled Welfare Officer
6.	Grievances if any to be addressed to	Principal Secretary / State Commissioner for the DifferentlyAbled, State Resource cum Training Centre Campus, Jawaharlal Nehru Inner Ring Road, K.K. Nagar, Chennai – 600 078. Ph: 044-24719947 / 48 / 49
