Applications are invited from differently-abled school and college students, who cannot use their feet but whose hands function normally, for receiving free scooters.
The applicants should be 18 years and should have the National Handicapped Identity Card. They could produce the course certificate for 2011-12 personally to the Differently Abled Welfare Office at DMS Compound, Teynampet, Chennai, before August 9, says an official release here.
