Yes We Too Can (YWTC) Charitable Trust, in collaboration with Sony Alpha and Madras Photo Bloggers, is organising an inclusive photography programme designed exclusively for persons with locomotor disabilities.

The event brings together a photography workshop, an accessible photo walk, and an exhibition, giving participants an opportunity to learn photography, explore nature through their cameras, and showcase their creative work.

The programme will be conducted under the guidance of Mr. Srivatsan Sankaran, Travel Photographer.

About the Event

Photography can be a powerful way to explore the world, tell stories, and express creativity. This programme creates an opportunity for wheelchair users and other persons with locomotor disabilities to experience photography in an inclusive setting.

Participants will learn under the guidance of an experienced travel photographer and take part in a 4 km photography walk, capturing moments and scenes while enjoying the outdoors.

The programme is specifically designed for persons with locomotor disabilities, making accessibility and participation an important part of the experience.

Who Can Participate?

The programme is exclusively for persons with locomotor disabilities.

Participants using wheelchairs are encouraged to bring their own wheelchair. The organisers note that the approximately 4 km route may be challenging for participants using crutches or other mobility aids. �
