Gist of the Scheme |
Maintenance Allowance is given at the rate of Rs. 1,000/- per month to leprosy affected persons. The inmates accommodated in the Government Rehabilitation Homes are also eligible to receive this allowance |

Persons should be leprosy affected persons with 40% and above disability. |

Whether form of application is prescribed |
Yes. Prescribed format is available with District Differently Abled Welfare Officers. |

Certificates to be furnished |
National Identity Card for Differently Abled and Family Card. A Certificate from Doctor stating that the applicant is not curable by surgical/other means. |
