பாரதப் பிரதமரின் வேலைவாய்ப்பினை உருவாக்கும் திட்டத்தின் கீழ் மாற்றுத்திறனாளிகள் சுயவேலைவாய்ப்பினை உருவாக்கிக் கொள்ள பயன்பெறும் போது அவர்கள் செலுத்த வேண்டிய 5ரூ விளிம்புத் தொகையினை அரசே செலுத்தும் திட்டம்

(அ) பாரதப் பிரதமரின் வேலைவாய்ப்பினை உருவாக்கும் திட்டத்தின் கீழ் பயன்பெறும் மாற்றுத் திறனாளி
(ஆ) தேசிய அடையாள அட்டை
தனிப்பட்ட விண்ணப்பப் படிவம் உள்ளதா?
ஆம்.
விண்ணப்பம் பெற்றுக் கொள்ளும்அலுவலர்
(அ) பொது மேலாளார், மாவட்ட தொழில் மையம்
(ஆ) மேலாளர், காதி கிராம தொழில் வாரியம் / காதி கிராம தொழில் மையம்
விண்ணப்பம் பெற்றுக் கொள்ளும் அலுவலர்
மாவட்ட மாற்றுத் திறனாளிகள் நலஅலுவலர்
உதவிகள் வழங்கப்படும்போது காலதாமதம் ஏற்பட்டால் அணுக வேண்டிய அலுவலர்

PRIME MINISTER’S EMPLOYMENT GENERATION PROGRAMME
| 1. | Gist of the Scheme | In order to improve the economic condition of differently abledpersons and make themselves sufficient under Prime Minister’s Employment Generation Programme, the margin amount of 5% of loan amount which should be paid by the Differently Abled beneficiaries will be borned by the Government. |
| 2. | Eligibility Criteria | National Identity Card for the Differently Abled, age should be 18 – 60 years, terms and conditions of District Industries Centre. |
| 3. | Whether form of application is prescribed | Yes. Available with District Differently Abled Welfare Office. |
| 4. | Certificates to be furnished | National Identity card |
| 5. | Officer to whom the application is to besubmitted | District Differently Abled Welfare Officer |
