The Government subsidy will be released to the Differently Abled persons to whom provisional loan was sanctioned at the maximum of Rs.10,000/- or 1/3 of the sanctioned loan amount, whichever is less.
The National Handicapped and Finance Development Corporation (NHFDC) has been providing loans on concessional terms for undertaking self-employment ventures by the persons with disabilities through state channelising agencies.
Applications on prescribed format are submitted through the State Channelising Agencies. Projects loan upto Rs. 5.0 lakh are sanctioned by State Channelising Agency and projects more than Rs. 5.0 lakh are sanctioned by NHFDC.
